SMS Terms
Last updated: July 30, 2026
These SMS Terms & Conditions (the "SMS Terms") govern the text message program operated by Tooele Martial Arts Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program Description
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages — such as appointment reminders, schedule changes, promotions, special offers, and program updates — from Tooele Martial Arts Academy at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your wireless carrier and are your responsibility. Tooele Martial Arts Academy does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message, and we will stop sending you SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did originally.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at 435-882-1212 or kazbury30@gmail.com.
Supported Carriers & Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
Privacy
Mobile information collected for this SMS program will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
